Very prompt service. Really appreciated receiving a confirmation email that provided the techs first name which to me gave me added security of who to expect at our home. Tech was thorough, explained the issues and provided options. Tech was very knowledgeable and friendly.

We had a service technician look at my faulty washing machine. He was extremely professional, and made sure to explain what was wrong with the unit. What I appreciate the most is that the Manager called to make sure I was satisfied with the service after the service call was done. Not many companies out there are truly there for the customer. Will recommend this company to everyone!

This was my first time using this company. I will be booking all of my future appliance appointments with them now. The website and the online booking system were easy to understand and use. I got a call when the technician was on the way, although I missed it, and they still came out at the scheduled time. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable about the product. I was given a few options for repair along with estimates emailed to me before he left the house. I was able to pay for the service call – which was very reasonable – on the spot. I highly recommend City Master Appliance!

Both Greg and Vlad are like pulling teeth to deal with, once you get them on the phone (took 6 months). Better off spending your money elsewhere.

6 months ago I had a technician come to my house, tell me what was wrong with my washer, give me a quote, and ask me to pay half of quote roughly 250$. This company took my 250$ They didn’t reach out once in the 6 months to give me an update on the part they were “waiting” for, in fact I called them, they wouldn’t return my calls, it was hard to get ahold of anyone knowing what was going on with my order. Finally fast forward 6 months down the road of driving to laundry mats, paying to do our laundry, 1 day after a dissatisfied google review my wife left. The owner “Vladamire” calls, they magically have to part, he will install tomorrow on a Saturday. Great, took him 20mins. My washer is fixed that’s awesome. He now demands I pay 150$ more. Let’s break this down.Service call costed 40$Part costed 210$I’ve already prepaid 250$What’s left to pay? The owners labour for installing the part, what’s 20mins of him time worth after his company messes up order causing me to drive and pay for not only gas for the commute but the cost of doing our laundry at a laundry mat.This man think after his company screws up, that I should have to pay 150$ for 20mins of him time.If you want to over pay and wait 6 months to get your appliance fixed I would definitely go with this company.

Great guys, friendly service. They even return your calls. Being in the industry over 40 years, you see allot. Now with the internet it’s changed the market place. Easy to make an appointment. They where next day service. The guy that came to fix my dishwasher, explained and told me what he was doing and how he was going to fix it.

they arrived when they said they would. They advised me that it was not worth repairing. I was able to confirm this with Electrolux , and charge for the service was reasonable.

“Honest rates” on their card is a joke. Top of my fridge was not getting cold air and bottom of fridge was freezing. Cold air was not getting to the top. Could it be the fan in the fridge that would require 2 screws to remove and a quick repair? No that was the last thing they checked. Lets first charge for a service call, then charge to “defrost” the whole freezer compartment to check that fan first rather then the 2 screws to check the fan in the fridge. Nope it wasn’t the freezer fan or anything in the freezer compartment, good thing they did that first or they really wouldn’t have been able to justify charging $400+ to replace a fridge fan. Customer beware. I highly DO NOT recommend unless you have extra money you were just going to throw away anyway.

Got billed for extra parts that were not installed, claiming that they did. Technician tells me he installed 2 parts, got billed for 3. Don’t use.Edit: no confusion on my end, installer refusing to admit error even with proof of issue. Again, don’t use.Edit 2:Sent him photo’s showing parts used, and screen shot of messages from tech acknowledging only 2 parts installed not 3. Now he’s ignoring my messages. Don’t use.
